A Dream Wedding Is All About Details
Nena and Michael live in France. They also have impeccable taste. Every small gesture reveals their elegance and attention to details, often overlooked by others. The wedding of their dreams followed a clear vision, which our wedding agency team spent a year and a half turning into reality.
We chose Chateau Mcely, a stunning castle with expansive gardens and a beautiful pond, as the venue for their grand wedding. Nena and Michael wanted to pamper their numerous guests from the first impression to the final brunch. And so we did.
Dress Code? Haute Couture
We welcomed the guests with personalized gifts in tones of gold and white, along with a highly original edition of The Wedding Times featuring the bride and groom on the cover. While the guests enjoyed the garden pavilions and sampled the excellent cocktail menu, the newlyweds were getting ready for the ceremony.
Nena changed from her fluffy Nola Grey bridal robe into an incredible haute couture gown by Lebanese fashion master Zuhair Murad. She paired the shimmering, hand-embroidered dress with a Dolce & Gabbana tiara, and the photos of her getting ready are nothing short of breathtaking.
The bride was walked down the aisle by her father. The scene where they walked through the lavender fields was one of the most beautiful moments of the entire wedding. This was evident not only from the guests’ reactions but especially from Michael's incredulous smile when he saw his bride coming to him.
An Endless Wedding Show
One of the biggest inspirations at Nena and Michael's wedding was seeing how much energy and smiles the young couple invested in those around them. The entire day was filled with thoughtful details that came together to create a continuous dazzling show. After a touching first dance and a following banquet in the mansion hall, accompanied by charming French musicians, we arranged an afternoon program with a unique concept.
Adorned with white bubbles, the garden pond invited the guests to send folded origami messages. These were gracefully handed over by our wonderful flower dancers in floral costumes. Champagne was served from bottles with custom monogrammed labels, flown in directly from France for the ceremony. The bride and groom poured it into a majestic champagne pyramid just moments before they sliced their five-tier cake under the glow of evening lights.
The Best After Party? Brunch
Nena and Michael’s world is a mosaic of small details and grand gestures. Their wedding was a reflection of that. To kick off the evening after party, Nena performed a personal dance show as a surprise for her groom. To everyone watching, it was beyond clear that Michael is the man of her life.
The celebrations concluded with a relaxed morning brunch, a thoughtful gesture for the guests who danced the night away together with the newlyweds. Accompanied by relaxed guitar music, the guests had the chance to recharge, discuss all the incredible memories, and hug the bride and groom once more.
