My story
In 2005 I left a well-payed corporate job and stepped into the unknown. For a long time I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. I strongly believe in two things. Firstly, the impulse for change must come from within and secondly, everything needs time. This means I had no other option but to wait for the right idea. I really wanted to do something that would be in harmony with my personal truth and what I like.
And I love organizing fun – in whatever form. So then all I needed to do was wait for the inspiration. It came on one morning in December, I woke up and everything was crystal clear – I wanted to organize weddings. Many people discouraged me from pursuing this, but this didn’t shake my resolve. The first years were hard and at times I thought it wasn’t the right decision, but I never stopped believing in my dream.
13 years ago I had no idea how much weddings would determine the course of my life and that even after so many years this beautiful profession would still fulfill me and make me happy. I’ve had so many new experiences, experienced so many beautiful moments and seen some truly stunning locations. I’ve had the opportunity to develop in many areas, including design, which is also a hobby of mine, all thanks to weddings. I’ve met many extraordinary people – not only clients but also co-workers that have inspired me beyond belief.
I’d love to share all of this with you and make your special day an unforgettable one. I’m professional and experienced, yet I haven’t forgotten how to have fun and enjoy the company. I absolutely love weddings, but it doesn’t end there.
I’m looking forward to meeting you.
Yours dearly, Světla
The Sagittarius is my star sign, this fully reflects my fiery personality. Everything needs to be in constant motion and change. I’m not fond of boredom and stereotype. Passion is the most important thing for me. Whatever I end up doing, it must be full of energy. I love everything that is fun, wedding, and design-related. I don’t design only weddings, I also enjoy designing interiors. I love challenges. The harder the challenge, the more tempted I am. Courage is my main virtue. There isn’t anything I’d be afraid of. I’m a planner. I’m constantly planning something for myself and others – quite possibly the most for my husband – not only weddings, holidays, fun with friends, renovations, basically anything and everything you could imagine. I’m curious about everything there is to be curious about. I work on myself, even though it isn’t always easy. I enjoy sports. I don’t really enjoy the gym too much, but I do love skiing, in-line and walking in nature. I’ve been dancing Flamenco for four years now. There is still much to talk about, but I think it would be better if you drop by and we can chat in person.
My star sign is Aries, even though it wouldn’t seem so at first sight. I observe and then act. I always try to precede arguments (my husband might say otherwise). I take everything on everything with a lot of enthusiasm and a conviction that the end result will be worth it! I have an eye for detail and when something isn’t perfect, I’ll be the one that says so. Perfection is essential and I always try and achieve it. Destiny brought me to my job – at a romantic stay in a beautiful hotel in England, where I was with my husband-to-be, a wedding coordinator was running around and preparing a wedding. It struck me that this would be the perfect job for me. I didn’t waste a single second and wrote to Boutique wedding agency, this was in 2013. I managed to get into the team and help with a few weddings at the end of the season. Trust me when I say I go to the office with a smile on my face. I’m so lucky to be a part of a team that loves their work and gets a sense of fulfillment from it. I always take a friendly approach to the couple, I like to get to know them better and be on the same wavelength as them. I always do the best I can to ensure the bride and groom are completely satisfied. I hope that they remember their wedding with love and happiness.
I’m a person that is enchanted by things new and untraditional, which is typical for the Aquarius – as is tolerance and freedom. I am always in motion, especially with my thoughts. I am always searching for new activities, stimuli and things to do. Even though I have a one-year-old daughter, Adina, I still need to be doing something and be in contact with my surroundings. A desire to get things done, extroversion and a good mood are the characteristics you’ll notice first on me. Despite that, I love solitude, time for myself, being in nature and with my own thoughts. I have been working on weddings since 2012 when I decided to undertake an international educational program on the organization and design of weddings. I love it when everything is in harmony and just clicks. When the guests feel the atmosphere of the wedding thanks to all the little details – the smell of the flowers, all the surrounding colors, the music or the rustling of the celebratory dresses. I believe that it’s all in the details. I enjoy many different things and as they say – change is life. My family, husband, and our two kids mean the world to me, I love spending time with them.
