Behind the Scenes
We spent one entire year creating an international wedding in Prague for Suzie and Henry. Nine coordinators were involved in the preparations and planning, ensuring we could fully tend to all 120 international guests in Czech, English, and Chinese. Suzie and Henry placed great trust in us. While most of our meetings happened online, the most important ones — such as wedding cake and menu tasting — took place in person.
Hundreds of hours of wedding preparation were crowned by a beautiful wedding day at Troja . Reflecting the impeccable taste of the newlyweds, the decoration set the bar incredibly high, from the 's famous frescos matching with floral arrangements, to the lavish dining set-up. The absolute highlight, however, was the bride, who did not only change her dress but the entire styling three times during the wedding.
We greeted the guests with personalized gift packages from the Czech luxury manufactory Almara Soap. The wedding menu was prepared in three variants, which the guests selected in advance, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
To make the wedding evening perfectly relaxed yet festive, we designed a custom bar lounge that served signature cocktails, created specifically for this big day. Special lighting effects enhanced the ambience throughout the day and the night, which culminated in an after party with tasty refreshments and a DJ.
