We found inspiration for this summer editorial in the romantic Chateau Třebešice, with a one-of-a-kind atmosphere as if it were tailored to the story of Sleeping Beauty. The Chateau has the feel of the French countryside, and a unique collection of modern art has been gathered here. The colour palette we chose was a classical one used typically for weddings, with various shades of pink.
The bride’s and bridesmaid’s styling were taken care of by the fantastic Kamilka Vilímková; she chose a natural-looking makeup styling for the bride, one that accentuates her natural beauty. A rather out of the ordinary pink dress was chosen, made from noble materials and decorated with some lovely embroidery. Salon Le Monika lent us the dress. They came across as very luxury, yet also light and dreamy at the same time. Interestingly enough, we swapped the colors around, as in the bride had a pink dress and the bridesmaids had white ones.
During the wedding preparations in the luxurious ‘bridal’ apartment, the ladies changed into some stylish dressing gowns in colors of the wedding. They were from Plum pretty Sugar and their shoes, golden, were from Asos. The bride’s lingerie was from Michaela Ducká.
The original engagement and wedding rings are from the jewelry workshop 27 Jewelry. Come there with ideas, and they’ll make them a reality, according to your wishes and desires. The shoes are from a designer brand – Sophia Webster. The groom’s styling was done by the tailors at Galard – they’ll fashion a wedding suit for you, tailor-fit.
As for the table styling – the crockery we used is from Ponk rentals and Chateau Třebiše. The flowers and decoration were done by the brilliant Hana Holdener from Ponk rentals; she arranged some fantastic bouquets in a fine art style in shades of pink. We got some hand-sewn decorations and serviettes for the table from Zara Home. The centerpiece of the whole décor was the glamorous floral garland, which gave the layout a luxurious appearance. The furniture was lent to us from Chateau Třebešice.
The hand-written print was made by Martina Lyons, also in fineart style.
The loosely arranged bouquets, in fineart style, were complemented with soft silk ribbons. I must say she did a fantastic job, she has a superb eye for detail. The bridesmaids had a similar bouquet, just smaller.
The cherry on top of this whole concept was the trendy designer cake with floral motifs from Prague City Cake.
